Three tasks that pay for the subscription by themselves. Pick the one that matches your life:
- Receipts to spreadsheet. Drop photos and PDFs of receipts in the folder. Ask for a spreadsheet with date, vendor, amount, and category. Cowork reads each one like a human would.
- Many documents to one brief. Ten PDFs in, one two-page summary out, with the contradictions between documents flagged.
- Data to dashboard. Give it a spreadsheet and ask for a one-screen visual overview with the numbers that matter highlighted.
Practice
In this folder are receipts and invoices as photos and PDFs. Create expenses.xlsx with columns: date, vendor, amount, currency, category. Read each file to extract real values. Flag any file you could not read confidently in a separate list instead of guessing.
Done when: one of the three classics has produced something you would have spent an evening on manually.
